The scope of work consists of a tenant improvement project to create new offices, restrooms and working spaces. 

 

The trades involved in this project: demolition, concrete, structural metal framing, ornamental metals, thermal insulation, EIFS, doors and frames, storefront, drywall and metal framing, dens-glass, acoustical ceiling repairs, polish concrete floors, signage, electrical, access controls, fire alarm devices.

 

The construction schedule is TBD.
