The scope of work consists of interior and exterior renovation of the existing 50,000 square foot American Red Cross building in Murray, UT. Construction is to be preformed in 8 phases including add alternates. Please see sheet G3.00 for the complete phasing schedule.
Phase 1A- Update server room & telecom racks
Phase 2A- Build out new IRL lab space
Phase 3A- Build out CGWP and admin office
Phase 3A-1- Build out facility work area
Phase 4A- Area of no architectural work except painting and ceilings as required for sprinkler and HVAC
Warehouse- Base bid- Demo of first floor area, mezzanine and office areas on that level are to remain.
Add Alternates:
Alternate 01- Provide performance bond and payment bond
Alternate 02- Deductive alternate - provide plastic laminate (plam) countertops at all location in lieu of solid surface with reception desk countertop to remain solid surface. This alternate does not apply to the lab casework countertops.
Alternate 03- Deductive alternate - provide 2"x6" vinyl rail with rubber base in lieu of plywood
wainscoting detail and wood base.
Alternate 04 A- Provide Nora rubber flooring with RB-2 in lieu of SV-1 flooring at all

The trades involved in this project are demo, concrete, metal fabrications/ installation, finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, EIFS, roof repair, doors, storefronts, drywall & metal stud framing, tile, ceiling, flooring, paint, bath specialties, lockers, storage specialties, window film, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, audio/ video, fencing, asphalt patching.

ENTELEN Design-Build, LLC is pursuing a project with the University of Utah, the U of U 729 Arapeen Parking Lot Improvement project.
The scope of work consists of improvements to large 120,000sqft parking lot, including grading, curbs and asphalt replacement. Plans also include expansion of the existing water detention area.
Alternatives:
1. Provide 18 new patient stalls, type A & type F curb and gutter, and sidewalk as shown. Provide fire truck turnaround as shown and expand existing detention area by required amount as shown in calculation.
2. Provide 18 new patient stalls, type A curb and gutter, waterway, and sidewalk as shown. Expand existing detention area by required amount as shown in calculation.
3. Provide salt storage area, type A curb and gutter and 2’x2’ catch basin as shown. Expand existing detention area by required amount as shown in calculation.
4. Full Depth asphalt replacement beneath existing solar panels as shown.
5. Provide 20 new employee stalls, type A curb and gutter, waterway, sidewalk, and ADA ramp as shown. Expand existing detention area by required amount.

The scope of work consists of construction of a new vestibule entry on the second level of the north building at the Nelson Labs Redwood Campus. Vestibule will connect to the parking lot by new exterior ADA accessible ramp and staircase. Also, small interior improvements to enhance the flow just beyond the vestibule entry.
The trades involved in this project: demolition, concrete, structural metal framing, ornamental metals, thermal insulation, EIFS, doors and frames, storefront, drywall and metal framing, dens-glass, acoustical ceiling repairs, polish concrete floors, signage, electrical, access controls, fire alarm devices.

ENTELEN Design-Build, LLC is pursuing the 3440 South State Street- Retail Building project.
The scope of work consists of the new construction of a 2,800-square-foot retail building. The proposed building will be constructed within an existing parking lot, requiring demolition of asphalt and concrete to clear the site. A new sewer lateral and grease trap will be installed. The building will be delivered as a grey shell in anticipation of future tenant improvements.
The trades involved in this project: concrete, masonry, structural metal framing, metal fabrications, rough carpentry framing, finish carpentry, insulation, membrane roofing, doors, specialty doors, storefront systems, drywall, ceilings, sealed concrete floors, painting, bath specialties, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, landscape, asphalt paving.
